Financial forecasts and budgets
Entrepreneurs usually have an idea of where they want to go with their company. They can capture this in a business plan. The financial impact of the idea leads to a forecast or a budget. We can support you with the preparation of forecasts and budgets, for example, as part of a business plan, credit and/or financing applications and valuations.
The financial results of the implementation of the policy have to be recorded in the financial records. This means that purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, etc. must be logged as a journal entry. Jolles & Ko has a team that subsequent entries your records against sharp competitive rates.
If required, we produce financial statements with the actual figures and they are compared with the budget and the same period in the year preceding the present year.
For our clients with staff we can, if desired, take care of the payroll. This means the regular preparation of payslips, payroll tax returns and annual statements. In addition, clients can also contact us for the correspondence with the various authorities, drawing up employment contracts, easy dismissals, etc.
Compiling financial statements
We compile the annually financial statements for our clients. The annual accounts give insight into the financial position at the end of the financial year (balance sheet) and financial developments during the year (profit and loss). Companies must deposit the publication report with the Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, the financial statements is the basis for the Corporate Income Tax Return.
For our clients we provide the annually (corporate) income tax return, which is based on the data provided by them. This applies to companies and individuals.
For companies we provide corporate tax on the basis of the financial statements.
Finally, and not least important, we act as an advisor for our clients.
The content of this advisory role is different for each client and strongly depends on the wishes of the client.
